Breath is the common language for which the mind, body and heart can communicate and harmonize as human. Our breath helps guide us to the present moment, with its natural wisdom as strong as the elements. We can utilize our breath as a tool - to self regulate, to shift energy, to move, to listen and to be.

Breath aids in an honor to the moment. Breath is a bridge to channeling your intuition. It clears space to help you realize and remember that it's been there all along.

I am available virtually or in-person for private sessions, couples, athletes, corporate events or larger parties.
